POMODORO // SQUAT

After 25 min of focus, you must complete your reps before continuing. Beat sedentary work with the Pomodoro rhythm.

How to use

  1. Click "Start Focus" to begin the 25-min timer
  2. After 25 min, the screen locks and squat instructions appear
  3. Allow camera access when prompted (first time only)
  4. Stand in camera view and squat — counts automatically
  5. Hit your target → 5-min break → next 25-min cycle auto-starts
  6. 4 sets complete → long break (15 min)
